Ullapool is central for the whole of the Highland region and especially attractive for those quiet escapes. The Hotel is five minutes walk from the village centre and ferry landing. It is situated on the shore of the loch, and has unsurpassed views of the surrounding mountains, the harbour and the village. Visitors are welcome to the 9 hole Golf Course in a beautiful situation overlooking the Summer Isles. Full traditional Scottish breakfast including choice from Buffet table. From the breakfast room watch the ferry arrive and the fishing boats unloading their catch while taking a leisurely breakfast. The modern building is set in 1 and a half acres with lawns leading down to the pebble beach on the loch side, and a spacious car park at the front. On entering the hotel you find yourself in a large comfortable open-plan lounge from which there is easy access to the garden. Relax by our huge wood burning stove which is the focal point of the lounge. We have 16 bright colourful bedrooms, which are equally divided between the ground and first floors. All have en-suite facilities, TV and courtesy tray. The hotel is owner-run and offers superior accommodation. Rooms are let on a bed and breakfast basis and evening meals are served in the dining room, at extra cost. If you are looking for peace and relaxation with the pleasure of outstanding scenery we feel confident in recommending our situation.
