Our hotel is conveniently situated between the West Pennine Moors and the towns of Bolton and Blackburn. Our hotel, a former Victorian Merchants Manor House, is located one mile away from the town of Darwen. The hotel is ideally placed for the visiting business person or tourist who desires a centrally located hotel, convenient for the Ribble Valley and The Lake District.

The Whitehalls setting is warmly complemented by the welcoming and attentive hospitality of our staff, who ensure that a traditional English Country House is maintained. The Whitehall is deservedly proud of its two superb restaurants.
