The Fleece Hotel has benefited from extensive upgrading since being taken into private ownership by the Barlow family in 2001. The Fleece Hotel occupies a Grade II listed building in Cirencester`s Market Place, very close to the Parish Church. With its old beams and log fires, the Fleece Hotel has been a popular meeting place for over three centuries. It is ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds and very central for Cirencester.

General facilities include:
  • Limited Car Park at the rear
  • Sheltered courtyard tables
  • Friendly public bar
  • Residents` restaurant
  • Residents` lounge
  • `1651` high street brasserie
Nearly all the bedrooms are generously sized twin or double bedded rooms which are automatically allocated to bookings for individuals unless mentioned otherwise. Large Family Rooms and No-smoking rooms are available. Bedroom facilities include irons & ironing boards, modem point and room safes that hold a laptop.
