The elegance of this 1740 Palladian Mansion, 12 miles from Bath, gives the impression of a sumptuous private country house rather than an award-winning hotel. The beautiful reception rooms, with antique furniture compliment the 22 individual bedrooms and bathrooms, all with wonderful views across the gardens and down to the lakes and the parkland beyond.

Humphry Repton`s only surviving Somerset landscape provides a fine setting for a relaxing weekend or a high powered midweek conference.

Fresh local food is excellently prepared by Chef Michael Parke, and private parties can be catered for in the grand state dining room or smaller private rooms.

Additional Facilities:
*Broadband Internet Connection in all conference rooms and bedrooms
*DVD Players in all bedrooms
