The Finnygook is ideally situated for touring the Western Peninsula, Dartmoor, South Cornwall, including the Eden Project (30 minutes) and other well-known gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The Inn, named for `Finnys Ghost` dates back to the 16th Century and is of historical interest. Once the haunt of smugglers, it enjoyed a chequered reputation for over two hundred years. Recent renovations have given a high degree of luxury whilst still retaining the Inn`s original charm and atmosphere.
