Everything a wine-lover could want in a hotel
Wine lovers and food aficionados have always enjoyed visiting England’s leading producer of single estate wines – so much so they often haven’t wanted to go home. With popular demand so high, Three Choirs opened its doors to overnight guests in May 2000. Now, there are eight rooms in total, each with a sunny private terrace and dramatic yet peaceful views across the 100-acre estate’s immaculately maintained rows of cultivated vines.
Situated amid the rural splendour of the Cotswolds, Three Choirs is ideal for a weekend break – whether in summer when you can eat outside on the vine-covered restaurant patio, or later in the season when the valley is cloaked in romantic swirls of mist and frost. You don’t need to be an oenophile to enjoy the many fruity and flavourful wines available, although the hotel does offer numerous courses and special events for those wishing to expand their expertise.
