Situated on the site of a former Benedictine Abbey overlooking the church in the historical market town of Tavistock - known as the Gateway to the Moors. The ideal base for touring the West Country and its many historical houses and gardens within easy reach: The Eden Project, The Garden House, Cothele and Buckland Abbey to name but a few. The hotel has 29 beautiful en-suite bedrooms and boasts 2 AA Red Rosettes for the food, whether it is for 2 or 50, the standards remain the same.
