Built in 1897, this stylish late Victorian Villa has been caringly modernised for your comfort whilst maintaining many of its unique characteristics. Splendidly located in one of York`s finest suburbs, close to the Historic City Centre, which can be reached via a pleasant illuminated riverside walk or alternatively by a frequent bus service. We have a private enclosed car park for up to 14 vehicles and so all of our guests can park safely for the duration of their stay. The University, Barbican Centre, Fulford Barracks, and many of York`s splendid attractions are with in easy reach of Midway House, including the expanding Designer Shopping Complex at Naburn, and York Racecourse, which is accessible via the Millennium Bridge over the River Ouse. Midway House is a totally NON SMOKING residency and we take particular pride in ensuring that cleanliness and care are a continuing priority, with many guests extending their stay, or returning time and time again.
