The Loch Leven Hotel with its cosy, informal atmosphere is owner run and lies on the Loch Leven beside the Ballachulish Bridge just off the A82. The Loch Leven is a sea loch that runs into the Loch Linnhe that in turn flows between Oban and Fort William with access to the Caledonian Canal and Inverness.
Its Loch View Restaurant has established an excellent reputation for quality and value with an ever changing menu with a few old favourites like Smoked Haddock with Potatoes and Leeks in a Cream Sauce (no one lets us change that!).
The traditional public bar with its log fire and the lounge bar serve a wide selection of draught and bottled beers. There are wines at affordable prices and at least 75 Malts to choose from.
Children of all ages are welcome in the family room and games room. Children aged between 5 and 12 half price, below 5 free. For stays of 3 nights and over 10% discount, for stays of 6 nights and over 15% discount. Pets welcome, no charge.
