Paskins is a small stylish Town House Hotel made up of two Regency grade II listed buildings with an Art Nouveau reception and a collection of individually designed rooms from the chic to eclectic. The Hotel has an environmentally friendly policy and this can be sampled best through their delicious breakfasts, cooked with mainly organic produce or sourced from local farms. The breakfast room is stylishly Art Deco with an extensive choice including a variety of imaginative vegetarian dishes and the finest of traditional English breakfasts. There is a lounge bar and a selection of delicious sandwiches (the smoked salmon from a local Sussex smokery is memorable) and bottled beers from all over the world.
