Built by Charles II in 1665 to cater for guests of the Royal household, the Carlton Mitre is now a luxurious 4 star hotel, famed for its excellent food and wines, which can be enjoyed in the superb Mitre Restaurant, with its unrivalled view over the River Thames. Our Rivers Edge Bar/Brasserie also offers superb views with the added attraction of a secluded riverside terrace complete with its own private mooring.

Each of our 36 en-suite bedrooms is exquisitely furnished to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay. All come equipped with hairdryer, minibar, trouser press, direct-dial telephone, satellite television, and tea and coffee making facilities. No two rooms are alike, many of which overlook Hampton Court Palace or the River Thames.
